The method considers BEA Regional Price Parities for broad state price levels, Census Building Permits Survey single-unit permit values for new-home permit context, and BLS construction and extraction occupation wages for workforce context. The source vintage is BEA 2024, Census 2025, and BLS May 2025.
A state-level signal cannot price a particular home, delivery route, crane, foundation, utility connection, permit, or final completion. Keep those items visible as questions for a written builder or local-team scope.
