Ask what the factory price covers, where delivery ends, what placement or setting work is included, and which local completion tasks stay outside the builder's scope. Foundation, access, utilities, permits, inspections, decks, steps, landscaping, and final work may require separate written responsibility and price.
Ask who provides and pays for transport, permits, escorts, unloading, crane, placement, leveling, anchoring, assembly, site readiness, utility connections, and final completion. Unknown work is not zero and should remain quote required until the responsible team confirms it in writing.
